Emergency officials respond to man pulled from ocean
The Maui Fire Department responded to a report of an unresponsive man who had been pulled from the ocean along Kaanapali Beach on Thursday.
Officials reported the incident occurred around 8:51 p.m. Thursday. The Maui Fire Department, Maui Police Department and Emergency Medical Services worked to resuscitate the man.
He was later transported from the scene by EMS.
