Aloha Kakou! My name is Cheddar, and I’m Maui Humane Society’s Pet of the Week! I was found lost in Wailuku and brought to Maui Humane Society back in March. At first, I was really shy and unsure of everything—but with a little love and patience, I’ve come out of my shell and now I’m loving life! I’ve made lots of doggy friends, and I absolutely love going on adventures. Whether it’s a hike or a car ride, I’m always ready to tag along. When I’m really happy, I do something called my “Cheddar Chomps”—it’s this silly little teeth-chattering thing I do that makes everyone smile. It’s just my way of showing joy! I’m sweet, playful, and ready to find a forever ‘ohana that will love me just as I am. Come meet me—I promise to bring a little extra cheese to your life!
