Memorial bell to be rededicated

A memorial bell for five young men who died 95 years ago on a hiking trip to Haleakala will be rededicated at 9 a.m. Sunday at Makawao Hongwanji temple.

A bell from Japan was purchased in memory of the young men. The blessing will be officiated by the Rev. William Masuda.

The public is welcome.
