Alipate Tonali Afeaki, 66, of Kihei, passed away on May 14, 2016 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born on October 10, 1949, in Masilamea, Tonga.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, on Friday, June 3, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints-Kahului Stake Center; service at 6:00 pm. Visitation will also be held from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints-Kahului Stake Center; service at 8:00 am; burial to follow, 12:00 pm at Valley Isle Memorial Park Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Letisia Afeaki; mother, Amelia Afeaki; sons, Unaloto (Kalo) Afeaki, James (Akanete) Afeaki; daughters, Pepa (Siosifa) Tolutau, Sulia (Jefferson) Osai, Heilala (Lopeti) Fineseloi, Ainise Afeaki, Lavinia Afeaki; brothers, Manu Afeaki, Apitanga (Melevaleti) Manumua, Sau Afeaki; sisters, Fane (Jo) Masuno, Luseane Pulupaki; and 20 grandchildren.
