Helen Franco Oliveira, 91
Helen Franco Oliveira, 91, of Kaupakalua, passed away on May 30, 2016 at Hale Makua Kahului. She was born on January 25, 1925 in Kula.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2016, at St. Joseph Church in Makawao, mass will begin at 10:30 a.m., and burial will follow in St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
Helen retired from Maui Memorial Medical Center where she worked as a custodian.
She is survived by her children, Juliet (Bernard) Lacio, Daniel (Margaret) Oliveira, Sandra (Walter-deceased) Miller, James (Kathy) Oliveira, and Gary (Theresa) Oliveira; 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Helen was predeceased by her husband, August Oliveira, and daughter, Catherine Vitch.
