Those running Dem party repeating same mistakes

Those who are running the Democratic party are repeating past mistakes. They are interfering with the primary process, with prejudice. The power elite, often wealthy, of an older time, resisters of change, want to fix the process and choose the nominee. Some of their devious behavior is obvious. The presence of more than 500 super delegates — mostly of their own political ilk — are waiting to vote on the second ballot. To ensure a second ballot, they have encouraged people to run against Bernie. An attempt to dilute the vote count seems obvious. They are also flooding the media with their flying monkeys. Some of this deviance is hidden, however.

These are not stupid people, but they are living in the past and they are emotionally controlled by self-interest. They know that millions of people boycotted the last election, because of their interference and selection of a damaged candidate. They are, however, old, rigid, mostly white and male, and they are fixated on the past.

Biden proved to be feeble, so moderates moved to Buttigieg, who is flawed in his own way. Ethnography tells us that certain groups will not vote for certain people. Bloomberg is a current darling. He is trying to buy a new image and an exemption from previous primary rules. But his record is atrocious.

To people of principle, I say vote that way. Don’t fear, don’t rationalize, don’t be “pragmatic,” vote true to yourself and the future. Boycott or Bernie.
