With more flu deaths than corona, why crash?
I am puzzled. I need help to understand the statistics that I just uncovered.
I learned that 32,000,000 Americans have come down with influenza this season and that 18,000 of them have died already.
I then discovered that the death toll in the U.S. from influenza is usually in excess of 30,000 annually and sometimes it approaches 60,000.
My puzzlement is over the fact that the current number of deaths from the coronavirus in this country is around 340 (as of March 22). Do you think that perhaps something is askew? Are we being played? What group would want to crash the economy by insisting on quarantining everything and everyone and for what purpose?
