Rep. DeCoite fights for ‘us little guys’
My name is Faith Tuipulotu. My husband and I own and operate a certified organic farm on Molokai. As president of the Moloka’i Homestead Farmers Alliance and president of the Moloka’i Lanai Soil and Water Conservation District, I wholeheartedly support the re-election of Rep. Lynn DeCoite to the State House of Representatives for District 13.
Long before she was elected to public office, Lynn advocated for the rights of homestead farmers, including our water rights. When Lynn speaks, she states facts. She is straightforward and tells it like it is.
As a farmer, I appreciate that Lynn keeps us aware of classes, workshops, meetings and hearings that are important to our livelihood. She also keeps us informed on developments that could “break us” such as rising shipping costs. Her determination, compassion, and willingness to fight for “us little guys” is rare these days.
Rep. DeCoite has brought millions of dollars into Maui County’s economy and into District 13. Her track record speaks for itself. Let’s re-elect Lynn DeCoite as State House Representative for District 13.
