Dismayed with Don Couch’s political flyer

In a recent political flyer, candidate Don Couch deceitfully devised “a trumpery,” against his political opponent by bluntly stating, “Maui lawmaker, husband face charges of violating virus order”— KITV June 23,  and “Lawmaker, candidate cited for emergency rule violations” — The Maui News June 20. Guilty until proven innocent?

Reported in The Maui News July 17, prosecutor Christina Lizzi asked for both citations to be dismissed in the interest of justice, indicating that both Wildberger and her husband were exercising.

Daily, I swim at Keawakapu Beach and I’ll attest that the Wildbergers, when present, are not sunbathing. They are active. I beg your trust.

Shouldn’t Couch’s dismissal of facts and haste in becoming judge, jury and executioner disqualify him?

Display your past record while in office and share what you intend to accomplish if elected. Pettiness is unwelcome!

This solely reflects my dismay with Couch’s political flyer. I was not solicited by the Wildbergers or anyone else.
