Staying home only way to prevent coronavirus
In reference to your recent article “Businesses navigate mask exemptions,” I question whether Whole Foods whistleblower William Makozak should be working with the public.
In any public setting, you are exposed to germs, mask or not; if he is not comfortable with this fact, he should consider working from home.
I find his insinuation that folks who don’t wear masks for medical reasons are lying extremely disrespectful and insensitive, not to mention violating HIPAA laws.
Struggling businesses have enough on their plates without being the mask police. Like it or not, there is only one way to prevent COVID exposure: stay home.
