AMR lauds resolution passed by county council
All of us at American Medical Response are deeply grateful for the support in the resolution introduced by Maui County Council.
The resolution addressed critical service level issues raised by Maui and Kauai County unions (“Falck pledges to maintain current services in county,” by Melissa Tanji, The Maui News, Sept. 18).
For 44 years, it has been our privilege to serve the people of Maui. We remain dedicated to providing top-notch care to our community, including advanced life support, medevac services, and working closely with other EMS and public safety professionals.
Our goal is to be a leader in our field and to make valuable contributions to our community.
We, as Maui residents, deeply value the culture, history, and tradition of aloha. These values are especially important to our small island community during difficult times.
We are grateful to The Maui News for their coverage and for keeping the community informed.
