Pat Kirchmeyer, 82, of Kula, passed away on November 17, 2012. She was born on July 21, 1930, in Chicago, Illinois.

A celebration of her life is scheduled for Saturday, December 1. Visitation will be from 6pm to 7pm, with the service starting at 7pm at Waipuna Chapel in Kula, located at the intersection of Lower Kula Highway and Oma'opio Road. We especially invite everyone touched by her love, to join us.

Pat and her family lived on Maui for 46 years. She loved and cared about people, and made many friends in her several trips around the world. She was a devoted follower of Jesus, a member of Church of Living Water/Waipuna Chapel for several years. She served in Kids Hope USA, was a member of an Ohana Group, occasionally sang in the choir, and was part of the intercessory ministry. Pat was always willing to pray for anyone who was hurting, and she often put "legs" on her prayers, helping people with food, or finances when they were in need.

Pat is survived by her husband, Ken Kirchmeyer; they would have been married for 50 years on December 8, 2012. She is also survived by her daughters, Dawn Mallory of Seattle, Robin (Anthony) Ventura, of Pukalani, Kim (Bob) Fuller of Billerica, Mass., Marge Kirchmeyer of Medford, Mass.; 9 grandchildren, Dennis and Brian Ventura of Maui, Danielle and Christophe Fuller of Billerica, Mass., Kristine, Margaret, Peter, James Kirchmeyer and Allyson (Allen) Taylor of Medford, Mass. and 7 great-grandchildren, Nash, Thor, Mackenzie and Ivan Ventura, Sarah Anne and Kristopher Kirchmeyer, and Allen Taylor Jr.
