FIRST PHOTO: Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Executive Sous Chef Wesley Holder tosses a pan of English pea risotto into the air while mixing it Saturday as he cooks for a long line of food enthusiasts at the Maui County Agricultural Festival's Grand Taste Education. The chef from the Westin's Pulehu, an Italian grill, created his dish with produce from Ho'opono Farms. The event was held at Maui Tropical Plantation.
