Fall for fine art Saturday in Paia. Maui painter Lori Koprowski will unveil more than 15 fresh pieces during "Smitten," a collection that showcases her abstract, exaggerated female figures, along with interlocking shapes and vibrant colors. It opens with a reception from 6 to 9 p.m. at Turnbull Fine Art.
Titled "Artini Night," a martini mixer art reception, the Turnbull event will also feature the work of jewelry artist Carol Schwarz.

"Art in the Garden," a free, public tour of gardens and studios in Launiupoko, kicks off from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in Lahaina. The event, organized by three area families who recently established Maui Artists' Guild, will feature work for sale by residents Mary Ann Leigh, Ann Pistillo, Dominic Pistillo and Sue Thomas.
