Rainbow Warriors win third straight game

Christian Standhardinger scored 26 points for the University of Hawaii men's basketball team in a 72-61 victory over Montana on Friday at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu.

Isaac Fotu and Brandon Spearman each scored 13 points for the Rainbow Warriors (5-2), who never trailed en route to winning their third game in a row. Fotu was 5-for-6 from the field, and the Rainbow Warriors shot 28-for-49 (57.1 percent) overall.

The Grizzlies (1-4) got 16 points from Kareem Jamar.

Hawaii will not play again until a Dec. 7 road game against Northern Arizona.
