Local chefs led garden recipe workshops for more than 600 students over three days at the school. The menu also included heirloom ko cane juice lemonade. Eric Mitchell from The Outrigger Pizza Co. fired the pizzas in his portable 1,000-degree kiawe wood-burning clay oven.
