LAS VEGAS (AP) - The University of Hawaii football team was picked to finish last in the Mountain West Conference's West Division in a preseason media poll released Tuesday.
The Rainbow Warriors finished 1-11 overall and 0-8 in league play last season.
Hawaii opens the season Aug. 30 at home against Washington.
Running back Joey Iosefa is among the top returnees for Hawaii this season.

Fresno State (174 points, 15 first-place votes) was picked to win the West Division, followed by San Diego State (172, 15), Nevada (130, 3), UNLV (95), San Jose State (87) and Hawaii (35).
Boise State (183 points, 20 first-place votes) was selected to win the Mountain Division, followed by Utah State (176, 12), Colorado State (135, 1), Wyoming (90), New Mexico (56) and Air Force (53).
Fresno State won the inaugural Mountain West championship over Utah State last season.
