Tonight’s Maui Interscholastic League football game between Baldwin and Maui high schools has been moved to Saturday at War Memorial Stadium, according to an email from MIL executive director Joe Balangitao sent Thursday morning.

The game will decide the MIL first-round title in Division I and is also homecoming night for Baldwin.

The eight-player game that had been set for Thursday between Lanai and Seabury Hall is now scheduled for Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at King Kekaulike Stadium, prior to the regularly-scheduled 11-player games between King Kekaulike and Kamehameha Maui.

The Kamehameha Maui at King Kekaulike games will remain as scheduled, junior varsity at 4:30 and varsity at 7. Saturday is also homecoming night for King Kekaulike.

“I want to thank everyone for being flexible and working together,” Balangitao wrote in the email.
