Farmers move to 3-1 with win over Spartans

The Molokai High School football team rolled to a 48-8 win over Seabury Hall on Saturday on the Friendly Isle in Maui Interscholastic League eight-player football.

Chevy Augustiro passed for three touchdowns and ran for two more to lead the Farmers to a 41-0 lead at halftime.

Molokai improved to 3-1 in MIL play, while Seabury Hall fell to 0-4.

Augustiro’s 8-yard pass to Kamakai Manangan opened the scoring. Jayse Lalim-Rillon scored on a 2-yard run to give the Farmers a 12-0 lead.

Kali Hirashima caught a 4-yard pass from Augustiro, and Augustiro added a 27-yard scoring run to put the Farmers ahead 27-0 at the end of the first quarter.
