Free football, speed and agility skills camps set for July 20

A free clinic for football players and athletes looking to improve their speed and quickness is set for July 20 at King Kekaulike Stadium in Pukalani.
Two sessions will include the King Kekaulike High School staff; former Boise State assistant coach and now motivational speaker and author Viliami Tuivai, who heads the Invictus Foundation; local coaches from 3 And Out, including King Kekaulike athletic director P.K. Higa and former college coach and Waianae graduate Jeff Grundon, who is currently the associate director of admissions at Pacific University in Oregon; and Fastletics’ Tony Pang Kee and Harry Paaga.
A speed and agility session will be followed by a football-skills session. Participants are welcome to do one or both.
A short recruiting/college admission process presentation will be held for parents after each session.
Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. for the 8-8:50 a.m. speed and agility session. Registration for the football-skills clinic starts at 8:30 for the session that runs 9-9:50 a.m.
Parent/guardian presence is required to sign in the participants, who are asked to dress in workout attire, including shoes without cleats.
