Piilani Highway at Kaiwahine Street and Uwapo Road in Kihei re-opened around 1:50 p.m. today.

A portion of the highway was closed since around 3 a.m. due to fallen utility lines, according to the county.

Hawaiian Telcom was handling the repairs.
