Charles Joesph Hixon and Westley Clarence Smith were married Thursday on Big Beach at Makena State Park. The ceremony was officiated by William Lum of Universal Life Church and witnessed by Jade Schilling of Kailua-Kona. A reception was held at Kono’s On The Green in Kihei.
