Harue “Winifred” Kobayashi, 89, of Kahului, Maui passed away peacefully on March 27, 2018 in Wailuku under the care of Hospice Maui. She was born on May 5, 1928 in Peahi, Maui. Harue worked at her family’s business Printers Inc., and was known for being a great seamstress, cook and baker. The love of her life was her grandchildren and she was always there to support them. She also loved going to Las Vegas and watching University of Hawaii sports in her spare time. Thomas Isamu Arakaki, 99, of Pukalani, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2018 at Hale Makua Kahului, surrounded by his loving family. Services honoring Mr. Arakaki were held privately.
