Rudy Yagin, of Kahului, passed away on June 5, 2023, at his home. He was born on December 28, 1938 in Barrio Tapao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Visitation will be from 6p.m. to 9p.m. on Friday, June 16, 2023, at Ballard Family Mortuary.
