Mauro Mangisel Torres, 70, of Wailuku, Maui, passed away peacefully in his home on February 2nd, 2026. Mauro was born as the youngest of 9 children on May 3rd, 1955 to Rufino and Magdalena Torres in Rosales, Pangasinan, Philippines. He married his wife, Delma Ubaldo Torres, on August 27th, 1972, and together they had 5 children. After a brief two years apart, Mauro immigrated to Maui during the summer of 1980 to be with his family and begin life anew.
