Richard Michael Edison, 68, of Lahaina, passed away at his residence on July 22, 2019. He was born December 7, 1950 in San Francisco, California. Richard came to Hawaii in 1973. He loved farming, music, cooking, and was an avid 49er football fan. His relaxed nature made it easy to be around. He was a free spirit, full of fun and laughter. Dennis “Danny” Alfred Mateo Sr., 68, of Pukalani, Maui, passed away on September 24, 2019 at Maui Memorial Medical Center in the company of his family and close friends. He was born on August 21, 1951, in Pu‘unene, Maui.  Danny graduated from St. Anthony School in 1970. He served as a Maui County Council Member from Moloka‘i for 12 years, 8 of those years as the Council Chair. He recently retired as County Clerk.
