Brad Lee Kapi’ina Apo, 38, of Makawao, passed away on September 2, 2019 in Wailuku. He was born on June 11, 1981 in Wailuku. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Ballard Family Mortuary, memorial service at 11 a.m. Brad worked at Hawaiian Dredging as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Hideko (Harriet) Hasegawa Miyajima, 95

Hideko Miyajima was born in Hospital Camp, Puunene. She later moved and remained in Kahului. She was the youngest of 7 children. Daughter of Saburu and Kisono Hasegawa. Hideko graduated from Maui High and married in 1943 to Shigeo Miyajima for 60 years. She is survived by her older brother, Carl Hasegawa and two of her three children, Rene (Miyajima) Kuwahara and Melvin Miyajima. Son Lester Miyajima preceded her in death in 2009.
