Wayne "Burgie" Hamamura, 73, passed away June 22, 2019.  Wayne was born on October 5, 1945 and was the retired owner of A-1 Travel Services. He is survived by his wife Yoko, daughter Dana (Steve Barfknecht), son Dale (Jihye), and grandchildren Lia, Cody, Kaila.  He is also survived by brothers Dennis (Marilyn) and Dwight (Gwen) Hamamura. Michio Tanaka, 87, of Pukalani, Maui passed away on June 6, 2019 at his residence under the care of Hospice Maui. He was born on November 14, 1931 in Paia, Maui. He was a member of the Kahului Lions Club for over forty years. He was also involved with the Nakayama Minyo Kai, Hawaii Shibu for over twenty years after the passing of his wife of forty-one years.
