Wade “Chucky” Warren Waikiki, 65 of Wailuku, Maui, passed away on March 25, 2018 at his home in Wailuku. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Friday April 27, 2018 at Nakamura Mortuary, with services over his urn at 7:00 p.m. Private scattering of his ashes will be at a later date.
