Evelyn Hisayo Matsuoka, 88, of Kahului passed away peacefully on March 27, 2018. Services honoring Ms. Matsuoka will be held at the Iao United Church of Christ on Saturday, April 14, 2018. Visitation will begin at 9:00am, with services beginning at 10:00am. Evelyn was born on October 13, 1929 in Paia to Hitoshi & Shigeyo Matsumoto. Hank was 37 years young and passed away at his home in Lahaina on March 17, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Hank was born on December 10, 1980 to Arthur Peters of Lahaina & Nora Makahanaloa of Oahu. Harue “Winifred” Kobayashi, 89, of Kahului, Maui passed away peacefully on March 27, 2018 in Wailuku under the care of Hospice Maui. She was born on May 5, 1928 in Peahi, Maui. Harue worked at her family’s business Printers Inc., and was known for being a great seamstress, cook and baker. The love of her life was her grandchildren and she was always there to support them.
