Services honoring Mrs. Pitts will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016, at Nakamura Mortuary, with visitation scheduled to begin at 10:00am, and service at 11:00am. Kotoko Kawamura Kroesen born October 15th 1924 in Kyoto Japan, died December 2nd 2016 in Maui Hawaii. She was the daughter of Michi and Akira Kawamura and widow of Theodore Burton Kroesen.
