Carol Tamiko Shinyama, 89 of Wailuku passed away peacefully on September 24, 2016 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Services honoring Mrs. Shinyama were held privately at her request.  Nakamura Mortuary assisted with arrangements. Carol was born in Wailuku on December 18, 1926 to Tsuruo & Chitoshi Matsui.  She retired from Maui Land and Pineapple Company as a personnel clerk in the Hailiimaile Office. Jean Desiree Twigg, 50, of Kahului, Maui, HI, went to be with our Lord Jesus on October 16, 2016. Jean was born in Hilo, Hawaii on October 19, 1965.  She attended Waiakea High School.  Jean professed her life to Christ at an early age.
