Liane Hotaia Mateaki, daughter of the late Tu'imana Mateaki and Lynne Tanabe Mateaki passed away at her home in West Jordan, Utah on May 7, 2024 at age 58. She is survived by her mother and siblings, Tiana Lehua (Michael) Singh, Jimmy (Kori) Mateaki, Jared (Kazuko) Mateaki, Lynnell Mateaki and 18 nieces and nephews. She served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1988. Liane moved to Utah in 1993 and was employed by the US postal service for 25 years. A private memorial service was held for her in Utah.
