Must See: Ku Mai Ka Hula

10th Annual Adult Hula Competition. Ku Mai Ka Hula returns to Maui Arts & Cultural Center's Castle Theater for its 10th consecutive year. Thursday: "The Life and Music of John Kamealoha Almeida," a talk-story and live performance at 7:30 p.m. in the MACC's McCoy Studio Theater. Friday: Solo competition at 6 p.m. at Castle Theater. Saturday: Group competition at 1 p.m. at Castle Theater. Tickets are $15 for Thursday and $25 for Friday or Saturday. There will be a combo ticket for Friday and Saturday for $37. Half price for keiki 12 and younger.
