Maui United Way and the Friends of the Children’s Justice Center of Maui held a holiday toy drive last month that collected more than 2,300 toys for deserving children on Maui, Lanai and Molokai.

The 2020 toy drive was sponsored by Pacific Media Group. All of the donated toys were distributed through Maui United Way’s nonprofit partner agencies and partners of the Friends of the Children’s Justice Center of Maui.

“Special mahalo to our sponsor PMG, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Maui, JW Cameron Center, Kaiser Permanente Lahaina Clinic, Seabury Hall, County of Maui and every donor and partner for your support in making this the most successful toy drive to date,” said Maui United Way President and Chief Professional Officer Nicholas Winfrey. “It was very touching to see how many people chose to ‘do more good’ even in the toughest of times.”
