The Friends of Kelly King will host a “Community Friendraiser” from 5 to 7:30 p.m. June 14 at the Kihei Community Center.
The public is invited to come and meet King, who is a candidate for the Maui County Council’s South Maui residency seat.
This family-friendly event includes food and a Keiki Corner. Music will be provided by the Doobie Brothers’ Pat Simmons, Pat Simmons Jr. and Gail Swanson.
There is a suggested donation of $20 per adult.
