The Friends of Joe Blackburn will be handing out free Maui Hamburger Co. burgers at Valley Isle Lighting, 255 Alamaha St. in Kahului from 11:30 a.m. until they are gone Saturday.
The hamburger giveaway will offer voters an opportunity to meet Blackburn, who is running for the Wailuku-Waihee-Waikapu residency County Council seat.
