Hawaiian Airlines to waive change fees again for nor’easter
The Maui News
Hawaiian Airlines is advising its customers that flight change fees will be waived for travelers flying to, from or via John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York today and Wednesday, according to an announcement.
The fee waivers are in effect beacuse of flight disruptions caused by the latest Northeast winter storm. It is the third powerful nor’easter to make life miserable for the region, bringing blizzard conditions and 2 feet of snow to some communities and knocking out power to tens of thousands of homes and businesses.
Eligible Hawaiian passengers are those holding tickets for travel on the airline or its code-share flights through Kennedy airport. The offer permits a one-time reservation change. Changes must be made and reticketed for flights no later than March 27.
Hawaiian passengers should check www.HawaiianAirlines.com for the latest updates on scheduled flights.
All changes must be made by calling Hawaiian’s Reservations Department at (800) 367-5320.
