The public will have an opportunity to comment on the transportation needs and issues in Kihei at Fourth Friday to be held at Azeka Shopping Center from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday.

The county’s Kihei Sub-Area Study informational booth will offer details on the planning effort. The project involves agencies and community stakeholders seeking ways to improve Kihei’s transportation system for users of all modes of travel.

Existing conditions in the study area have been evaluated; the project is in the process of identifying transportation needs and potential solutions.
