Taylor Daly of Feral Animal Removal Experts LLC fastens the top wire of a 7-foot-high fence at Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge on Thursday afternoon. Daly said the company was installing "about 3 miles" of new fencing and refurbishing a section of existing fencing to protect the refuge from feral animals, including pigs and deer. When completed, the fencing will surround the refuge.
