OHA seeks input on strategic plan

The Office of Hawaiian Affairs is seeking the community’s input for the development of the agency’s new strategic plan through an online survey and a series of statewide meetings, with the first one on Maui on Monday.

The process is to develop the strategic plan for 2020 and beyond. The OHA board has already gone through phases 1 and 2.

It is now in phase 3 with the community weighing in on what the agency should focus on.

The public may provide input via www.surveymonkey .com/r/OHACommunityInput.

Monday’s meeting will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the J. Walter Cameron Center in Wailuku.

Meetings will also be held on Lanai from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on May 28 at Lanai Community Center and on Molokai from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on June 6 at Kulana Oiwi in Kaunakakai.

Those interested in attending the meetings are asked to RSVP with OHA’s facilitator DTL Hawaii at oha@dtlstudio.com.
