Maui Tomorrow announces officers, environmental planner

The Maui Tomorrow Foundation, an environmental and land use watchdog group, has hired a new environmental planner, added a board member and elected officers for 2020.

Natalie Harcrow has been hired as environmental planner and has experience in community organizing and geographic information systems. She is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree in geography with an emphasis in environmental science.

The new board member is Draysen Wilson, who is a client associate with Mercer Advisors, a wealth management company. With his roots on Maui, Wilson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego. He will serve on Maui Tomorrow’s Sustainable Agriculture Committee, to help increase food security on the island and to fight climate change.

The officers for 2020 are Michael Williams, president; Lucienne de Naie, vice president; Bill Greenleaf, secretary; and Trip Lynch, treasurer. The other board members are Mark Sheehan, Mike Foley, Michael Duberstein and Tara Grace.

Maui Tomorrow also hired Angelica Daoang as environmental intern. She is a senior at Maui High School and is enrolled full time in sustainability courses at UH-Maui College.
