Peake & Levoy is new Wharf manager
Peake & Levoy, a commercial real estate services company, is the new manager of The Wharf Cinema Center in Lahaina, according to a news release Tuesday.
Peake & Levoy now has more than 75 clients on Maui and manages approximately 1.6 million square feet of commercial space, the news release said.
The company oversees the day-to-day operations of The Wharf Cinema Center, including infrastructure maintenance and improvements, tenant management, leasing activities and administrative support.
The center’s tenants include more than 35 apparel, jewelry, gifts and specialty shops and eight restaurants.
It is also home to the Plantation Museum, which features heirlooms, tools and gears from the sugar and pineapple plantation camps.
The center is a connecting bus stop for The Maui Bus.
The center recently saw the departure of the Maui Friends of the Library used book store, which moved down the street to the Outlets of Maui, and the closure of the Regal Wharf Cinema Center 3.
The Wharf Cinema Center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. For more information, see thewharfcinemacenter.com.
