A review of the seven proposed Maui County Charter amendments on the Nov. 3 ballot will be published Saturday in The Maui News, council Chairwoman Alice Lee said Thursday.
She said the document has been reviewed for objectivity by state and county lawyers and other officials.

The charter amendments are on the following topics:
• Affordable Housing Fund.
• Office of the Managing Director.
• Term Limits for council members.
• Standards for charter interpretation.
• Charter Commission composition.
• Term limits for the mayor.
• Creation of a county Department of Agriculture.
