Chapel to host candlelight service
Harvest at Kumulani Chapel will host a Christmas Eve candlelight service from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday.
The congregation meets in Hale Hokulani (The Barn) on Office Road in Kapalua.
Pastor Ricky Ryan will be sharing a Christmas message.
Both services will feature special hula and music with worship leader and recording artist Bill Batstone.
Hale Kau Kau to serve free luncheon
Hale Kau Kau at St. Theresa Church will host a free Christmas luncheon from noon to 2 p.m. Friday.
Lunch will be served according to CDC guidelines and safety protocols.
The church is located at 25 W. Lipoa St. in Kihei.

Makawao Union holds virtual service
Makawao Union Church will hold a virtual service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday via Zoom, with traditional Christmas Eve lessons and carols in celebration of the birth of Jesus.
The service will be broadcast from the historic sanctuary. Special music from the church’s pipe organ and a few socially distanced singers will be featured, along with the worship team.
Viewers can sing carols and share the Christmas spirit remotely and safely from home.

Trinity announces Eucharist services
Trinity Episcopal Church by the Sea will hold a Christmas Eve Eucharist service at 7 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. John Tomoso as the celebrant.
In order to stay within public gathering guidelines, reservations must be made by Wednesday at forms.gle/XcTCMffzJXU7YVSy5/.
Eucharist will be held at 9 a.m. Christmas Day and celebrated by Father Tomoso. Reservations are not needed.
Services will be held outdoors. Masks are mandatory and COVID-19 distancing will be observed.

Chapel to celebrate Christmas Eve
Waipuna Chapel will have candlelight Christmas Eve services at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday in Kula.
The services will include carol singing, special music and dance, as well as programming for children up to 3rd grade.
Pastor Shaun Waite will deliver a special Christmas message.
Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will begin 30 minutes prior to each service.
The church, which is located at 17 Omaopio Road, will have indoor and outdoor venues. Participants should dress for cool weather.

St. Anthony holds holiday Mass
St. Anthony Of Padua Catholic Church in Wailuku will hold its Christmas Vigil Mass at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday.
Caroling will follow at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, and Christmas Mass will take place at midnight Friday.
Christmas Day Mass is scheduled for 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Friday, with no Mass in the evening.
While there will be no New Year’s Eve Mass, a New Year’s Day Mass on Jan. 1 will be held at 8 a.m. only.
