A 41-year-old man was arrested Tuesday morning after he was found sleeping in another man's residence and wearing his clothing, according to police.
Michael Siegfried was charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree theft.
The resident, who is acquainted with Siegfried, called police shortly after 9 a.m.
Bail was set at $5,100 for Siegfried, who also was arrested on a warrant for allegedly failing to comply with his probation.
