Latest developments:
• State Department of Health on Tuesday reported 214 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 169 cases on Oahu, 23 on Hawaii island, nine on Maui, six on Kauai and seven Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.
• There have now been 89,593 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 60,812 on Oahu, 11,892 in Hawaii County, 10,590 in Maui County (10,190 on Maui, 255 on Molokai and 145 on Lanai) and 3,285 on Kauai. A total of 3,014 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.
• No new deaths were reported Tuesday; the statewide fatality count remains at 1,058.
• Honolulu County is averaging 119 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 2.8 percent, followed by Hawaii County at 12 cases and 2.2 percent, Maui County at 12 cases and 1.4 percent and Kauai County at nine cases and 2 percent.
• Hawaii has reached a 73.1 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 76 percent, Kauai County at 70 percent, Maui County at 66 percent and Hawaii County 65 percent.
