Latest developments:

• State Department of Health on Thursday reported a record-high 3,484 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 2,680 cases on Oahu, 334 on Maui, 242 on Hawaii island, 147 on Kauai, 21 on Molokai, one on Lanai and 59 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.

• There have now been 109,642 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 77,570 on Oahu, 12,861 in Hawaii County, 12,077 in Maui County (11,566 on Maui, 351 on Molokai and 160 on Lanai) and 3,842 on Kauai. A total of 3,292 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.

• No new deaths were reported Thursday; the statewide fatality count remains at 1,085.

• Honolulu County is averaging 1,460 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 16.3 percent, followed by Maui County at 135 cases and 11 percent, Hawaii County at 97 cases and 10.9 percent and Kauai County at 60 cases and 9.2 percent.

• Hawaii has reached a 74.1 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 77 percent, Kauai County at 71 percent, Maui County at 67 percent and Hawaii County at 66 percent.
