Latest developments:

• State Department of Health on Friday reported 3,290 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 2,514 cases on Oahu, 317 on Maui, 256 on Hawaii island, 127 on Kauai, 10 on Molokai, two on Lanai and 64 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.

• There have now been 112,932 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 80,084 on Oahu, 13,117 in Hawaii County, 12,406 in Maui County (11,883 on Maui, 361 on Molokai and 162 on Lanai) and 3,969 on Kauai. A total of 3,356 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.

• Five new deaths were reported Friday; the statewide fatality count is now 1,090.

• Honolulu County is averaging 1,604 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 17.4 percent, followed by Maui County at 161 cases and 12.4 percent, Hawaii County at 121 cases and 11.8 percent and Kauai County at 68 cases and 10 percent.

• Hawaii has reached a 74.2 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 77 percent, Kauai County at 71 percent, Maui County at 67 percent and Hawaii County at 66 percent.
