Latest developments:

• State Department of Health on Sunday reported 3,178 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 2,495 cases on Oahu, 225 on Maui, 238 on Hawaii island, 129 on Kauai, 16 on Molokai, 14 on Lanai and 61 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.

• There have now been 118,820 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 84,664 on Oahu, 13,550 in Hawaii County, 13,011 in Maui County (12,443 on Maui, 389 on Molokai and 179 on Lanai) and 4,174 on Kauai. A total of 3,420 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.

• Four new deaths were reported Saturday, none on Sunday; the statewide fatality count is now 1,094.

• Honolulu County is averaging 1,800 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 19.1 percent, followed by Maui County at 197 cases and 14.2 percent, Hawaii County at 152 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 13.9 percent and Kauai County at 82 cases and 11.1 percent.

• Hawaii has reached a 74.2 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 77 percent, Kauai County at 71 percent, Maui County at 67 percent and Hawaii County at 66 percent.
